Located in Flagstaff, AZ, the partners at Kentwood negotiated a favorable, long term ground lease of the project site with the City of Flagstaff. This project consists of four flex buildings containing a total of 95,000 SF of space that is 92% leased. TGen (City of Hope), Unisource Energy, MSI, the FAA, Vulcan Material, and POBA occupy the four Pulliam buildings.

Each tenant has expanded or has occupied their premises for more than 5 years. In addition to the successful development of these speculative buildings, Kentwood also negotiated a participating sandwich lease with an operator that developed a convenience market/gasoline station at the eastern end of the site.
