Centrally located in the expanding Casa Grande market, after completing the design/approval process for this 18 acre site, Kentwood Ventures commenced construction of this 314,000 SF industrial development in March 2023. KV Casa Grande offers tenants efficient regional access via Interstates 8 and 10 to greater Phoenix, Tucson, southern California, and Mexico.
This project was completed June 2024 and represents a significant addition to the Pinal County industrial submarket, catering to the evolving needs of businesses in the region. Kentwood Ventures secured one tenant before construction completion, ARS, Inc.
The site was rezoned from I1 to I2, underscoring its suitability for a wide range of industrial users and facilitating its appeal to a diverse tenant base.
KV Casa Grande is the first large development in years to offer a large contemporary industrial space option to existing firms needing expansion space and to new firms supplying and subcontracting with the region’s growing 10 million SF industrial user base which includes Walmart, Abbott Laboratories, Frito-Lay, Kohler, Lucid Motors, and Monsanto.
