In April 2022, Kentwood began construction of a state-of-the-art 249,600 square foot industrial complex, strategically positioned on West Roosevelt St. on Verrado Way and Interstate 10 in Buckeye, Arizona.
KV Buckeye 10 encompasses an 18.7-acre site featuring two buildings and above standard parking, Building A – 115,200 SF, Building B – 134,400 SF, and 535 parking spaces.
The project was sold in August 2024 for $51 million ($204/SF) to an institutional investor. At the time of sale, KV Buckeye 10 was leased to the City of Buckeye (relocating City Hall functions to the project), Hajoca Corporation, Safelite, and AVI-SPL, Inc. KV Buckeye 10 was designed to seamlessly accommodate tenants of various sizes, from mid-bay to large enterprises, with optimal efficiency.
