Located in the City of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, Kentwood Ventures purchased 100 acres of farmland in the adjacent Town of Wilson. During its ownership, Kentwood planned and entitled the site before selling 88 acres to the City of Sheboygan as an expansion of its industrial park which now contains 400 acres. Kentwood purchased the site for $8,000 per acre and sold it for $27,500 per acre.
