Located in Flagstaff, AZ, the partners at Kentwood negotiated a favorable, long term ground lease of the Pulliam Innovation Center site with the City of Flagstaff. This project consists of four R&D/Flex buildings containing a total of 95,000 SF of space included. TGen (City of Hope), Unisource Energy, MSI, the FAA, Vulcan Material, and POBA are tenants.

In addition to the successful development of these speculative buildings, Kentwood also negotiated a participating sandwich lease with an operator that developed a convenience market/gasoline station at the eastern end of the site.

Pulliam Innovation Center was sold in 2021 at a price which today remains the highest price per square foot paid for an R&D/Flex project in greater Flagstaff.
