This 272,000 SF industrial/flex development was completed August 2021. Kentwood worked with the seller to masterplan this 165-acre site including subdivision, rezoning, traffic mitigation, and internal access road design, approvals, and cost sharing.

Located at the northeast corner of Cotton Lane and West Bethany Home Road in Glendale, AZ, Kentwood’s 21-acre development parcel has direct access to Loop 303 and all of Phoenix’s west valley. The project’s two buildings can be efficiently divided to 7,000 SF units, offering small tenants the ability to strategically locate in the center of this dynamic market area.

Kentwood 303 was sold in April 2022 to an institutional investor.
